Drone Pilot
Gareth, our drone pilot / aerial photographer, has extensive training and certification from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). They understand aviation law and safety procedures to ensure all flights are conducted legally and responsibly.
Drone Equipment – We use a range of industry-leading DJI drones, depending on the need and of course the climate. These provide the best image quality up to 5.2K for photos and cinema-grade 4K video at 60fps.
Permissions – For any commercial drone work, we obtain the necessary permissions including vacant possession of airspace and landowner consent where required. This takes the hassle and liability off our clients. We are fully insured and carry out a standard risk assessment on all aerial photography projects.
Post-Production – Raw files are professionally colour-graded and any video edited with smooth transitions, motion effects and complementary music if desired. This adds significant production value.
Insurance – We carry £10 million of public liability coverage as well as drone-specific policies to protect equipment and third-party property. Certificates are provided upon request.
Turnaround – For most single-location aerial jobs, post-production takes 1-2 weeks to deliver high-res images and edited video products digitally. Larger ongoing projects are quoted case-by-case.

Our price includes a site visit, risk assessment, any additional permission for flying, an experienced pilot and high level photographer, and of course public liability insurance. Our drones are lightweight, under 250kg, so not much red tape to use.
